Garcia 51 Sloop Aluminium 2023, launched in 2024, an exceptional aluminium long range ocean sailing boat, perfect conditions.

She is an aluminium twin-rudder sailing vesse with hydraulic canting centerboard and chine hull. designed for long voyages. She is equipped ti face all seas conditions wth confidence. She has been fitted out as a true central cockpit. The aft area has been fitted with sunbathing areas and an dedicated “path” leading to the transom with plenty of storage spaces.

At the bow, the boat is equipped with a long bowsprit and rigged with an aluminium mast with automatic reefing, genoa and self-tacking staysail.

Inside, the boat is equipped with 3 cabins, two bathrooms, an office/chart table for the captain, a galley and a large saloon.

Innovation concerning the interior ergonomics of the boat are the following: Access to the engine room is through a real full height swing door. The idea is to perform the access and maintaince of the equipments: watermaker, generator, propulsion engine, air conditioning unit etc.

The ballasted centreboard is operated by a hydraulic cylinder. The winches are mainly electrically assisted and the boat has been particularly well thought out and equipped with smartest electronic equipments !

The all interior of the boat has been designed with Pierre Frutschi.
